Hello there, my name is Alan Kupfernagel, I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. I moved to New Braunfels with my lovely wife Suzanne and my two sons David and Steven in 1995, where I purchased a 100 year old house that I completely remodeled and moved my family into. I have enjoyed for many years now the atmosphere/culture and the people of New Braunfels that has made it one of the best places to live in Texas.

A little bit about myself and background. I have been in construction for the past 40 years. I worked at a young age at my father’s electrical company where I gained knowledge and observed all phases of construction in residential and commercial buildings. I owned and operated a painting and remodeling company, where I had hands on experience from start to finish. Then got more into heavy construction where I supervised major civil construction projects and installed underground utilities in many new residential neighborhoods.    

I would love the opportunity to work with you and inspect your new purchase. I understand the fear of making one of the largest purchases (if not the largest) of your life, for you and your family; and offer you a promise. I will inspect your home as if it were my own. I am honest and trustworthy (old school) and when I am done, I will provide you the best unbiased report I can on the integrity of your home, in order for you to make an informed decision that works best for you and your family.

As a Texas Hill country native, I have seen and participated in the growth of the San Antonio to Austin corridor. Building homes and working at my uncles’ HVAC company is where I started, however, I went on to get my B.S. degree under Industrial Engineering, which is a “Jack of All trades...” ie. Electric, Mechanical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Construction, etc.. This degree afforded me the opportunity to assist in constructing larger projects, as a Project Manager, around the world.

                Today, I am here to assist Realtors and their Clients with their research/inspections on potential homes and/or commercial buildings. Pools, Waterfront lots, septic and water wells are all within by experience.
